RULE 7003-1 COVER SHEET Unless the adversary complaint is filed electronically, for which no cover sheet is required, an adversary complaint shall be accompanied by an adversary proceeding cover sheet, completed pursuant to the instructions on the Official Form, as the last page of the complaint and not as a separate Document.
