RULE 7037-1 FAILURE TO MAKE DISCOVERY: SANCTIONS The Court shall strike any motion or response relating to discovery disputes unless counsel for the movant certifies in writing that he or she has conferred in good faith with opposing counsel, and that after a sincere attempt to resolve differences has been made, the attorneys have been unable to agree.
