RULE 7040-1 ASSIGNMENT OF PROCEEDINGS FOR TRIAL Complaints in adversary proceedings brought pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 7001 will be assigned in all instances to the Judge to whom the related bankruptcy case is assigned.
