RULE 3004-1 FILING OF CLAIMS BY DEBTOR OR TRUSTEE A debtor or trustee filing a proof of claim in the name of a creditor shall concurrently file a separate notice of filing claim and serve, pursuant to Local Rule 9007-1, file-stamped copies of both the notice and the claim upon the affected creditor(s), and as appropriate, the debtor or trustee.
