TNWB LBR 4003-1 EXEMPTIONS Specificity. A debtor's claim of exemptions shall be specific and shall, as to each item or category of items, designate the title, section, and subsection of the applicable statute giving rise to the claim of exemption. The debtor should be prepared to provide detailed information regarding assets claimed as exempt at the Meeting of Creditors or at any subsequent examination.
