LOCAL RULE 4006-1 Notice of Waiver of Discharge Any debtor(s) who receives an order of the Court approving a waiver of discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §727(a)(10) will be required to give prompt notice to all creditors, equity security holders, the case trustee, and the United States Trustee.
