LOCAL RULE 5071-1 Continuances Motions for continuance of a hearing date shall not be granted by the mere agreement of counsel. Any such motion must be approved by the Court and after notice to all counsel. No continuance will be granted other than for good cause shown and upon such terms as the Court may impose.
