LOCAL RULE 5080-1 Filing Fees - General Except as otherwise provided in Local Rule 1006-1, every petition shall be accompanied by the prescribed filing fees as set forth in 28 U.S.C.§1930 and the fee schedule approved by the Judicial Conference of the United States.
