RULE 9074-1. TELEPHONE OR VIDEO CONFERENCES When an issue is deemed by the court to be capable of resolution through telephonic or video hearing, the court may, upon request of counsel, or on its own motion, conduct a telephonic or video hearing in the interests of judicial economy.
