RULE 11.1 TELEPHONE NUMBER ON PLEADINGS In addition to the signature and address of the signing attorney or unrepresented party as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 11, every pleading must show a telephone number where such attorney or party may be reached by telephone. For every pleading that is not electronically filed, the name of the filing party or attorney must be typed below the signature line.
