RULE 4.1 WAIVER OF SERVICE When the Plaintiff elects to notify defendant(s) of the commencement of an action and requests that the defendant(s) waive service of a summons, proof of the written notice of lawsuit and request for waiver of service of summons, directed to the defendant(s), must be filed with the Clerk of this Court within 7 days of the mailing of the notice.
