RULE 47.3 CONDUCT BEFORE THE JURY All attempts to curry favor with jurors by fawning, flattery, or pretending solicitude for their personal comfort are unprofessional. Suggestions of counsel regarding the comfort or convenience of jurors and propositions to dispense with argument or peremptory challenges must be made to the presiding judge out of the jury's hearing.
