RULE 83.1 RULE MAKING This court will from time to time adopt Local Rules of practice. When new Rules or amendments are proposed by the court, they will be offered for comment to the Local Rules Committee of the court. Local Rules will be adopted only after giving appropriate public notice and opportunity for comment. If emergency Rules are promulgated, they will be immediately sent to the Rules Committee for comment.
