Rules and Internal Operating Procedures of the Eleventh Circuit — Title VII. General Provisions
No action will be taken on a motion to reinstate a dismissed appeal unless the deficiencies that caused the appeal to be dismissed have been remedied. The clerk’s office will notify the parties when no action is taken pursuant to this rule.
