Rules and Internal Operating Procedures of the Eleventh Circuit — Title VII. General Provisions
(a) Location. The clerk’s principal office shall be in the city of Atlanta, Georgia.
(b) Office to Be Open. The office of the clerk, with the clerk or a deputy in attendance, shall be open for business from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Eastern time, on all days except Saturdays, Sundays, and the legal holidays listed in FRAP 45(a)(2).
