Circuit Rules and General Orders of the Ninth Circuit — Title II. Appeal from a Judgment or Order of a District Court
Upon the filing of a notice of appeal in a capital case in which the district court has denied a stay of execution, the clerk of the district court shall immediately notify the clerk of this Court by telephone of such filing and transmit the notice of appeal by the most expeditious method.
