Tenth Circuit Rules — Title IV. Review or Enforcement of an Order of an Administrative Agency, Board, Commission, or Officer
Within 14 days after the docketing of a petition for review or an application for enforcement, the filing party must file a docketing statement on a form provided by the court. See 10th Cir. R. Form 1.
