Local Appellate Rules and Internal Operating Procedures of the Third Circuit — L.A.R. Misc. 105.0 Judicial Conference of the Third Circuit
In addition to judicial participants, attendance at the Judicial Conference of the Third Circuit may be open at the discretion of the chief judge to any member of the bar of any court within the circuit interested in the work of the courts and the administration of justice in the circuit.
Notes
Prior Court Rule 18.2 has no counterpart in FRAP and is therefore classified as Miscellaneous. The rule has been revised to reflect the court’s open invitation policy.
