Local Appellate Rules and Internal Operating Procedures of the Third Circuit — L.A.R. 45.0 Duties of Clerks
The clerk must prepare, under the direction of the court, a list for each session of the court, on which so far as practicable each case will be listed for argument or submission on a day certain during the week.
Notes
Language describing the clerk's method of preparing the argument lists was deleted in 1995. Otherwise, no substantive change from prior Court Rule 12.2 is intended.
