Section 1.01 Authority This Jury Plan is adopted by the United States District Court for the District of Alaska in accordance with the provisions of the Jury Selection and Service Act of 1968 (Public Law 90-274), as amended and codified in 28 U.S.C.§ 1861 et seq.
