D. Alaska — General rule
Section 1.12 Protection of Jurors' Employment No employer shall discharge, threaten to discharge, intimidate, or coerce any permanent employee over such employee's jury service, or the attendance or scheduled attendance in connection with such jury service. Any employer who violates the provision of this section shall be subject to penalties specified by 28 U.S.C. § 1875.
