Local Rule Section 2.02: Size of the Master Jury Wheels
D. Alaska — General rule
Section 2.02 Size of the Master Jury Wheels (See 28 U.S.C. § 1863(b)(4)) After consultation with the Chief Judge, the Clerk has the option of using the entire source list within each jury division as the master jury wheel. The Chief Judge may order additional names to be placed in the master jury wheels from time to time as necessary.
