D. Alaska — General rule
Section 3.02 Juror Summons and Qualification Questionnaires The Court is using a one-step procedure to qualify and summons jurors. The Clerk will mail a summons to every person randomly selected pursuant to Section 3.01 of this plan (28 U.S.C. § 1864(a)). The notice will direct the juror to complete a juror qualification questionnaire through the Court's internet website within ten days. If a juror does not complete the juror qualification questionnaire online, a paper copy of the questionnaire will be mailed with instructions to complete and return the questionnaire to the Clerk by mail within ten days of receipt.
