D. Alaska — General rule
Section 3.05 Qualified Jury Wheel The Clerk must maintain a separate qualified jury wheel for each jury division within the District and will place in such wheels the names of all persons randomly selected from their respective master jury wheel who are determined to be qualified to serve as jurors and are not exempt or excused from service pursuant to this Plan.
