D. Alaska — General rule
Section 6.02 Release of Juror Records (See 28 U.S.C. § 1867(f)) The contents of records and papers used in the Jury Selection Process will not be disclosed, except upon written order of the Court. Motions for disclosure of records related to the Jury Selection Process in a particular case must be made to the Presiding Judge in that case and must set forth why disclosure should be allowed. This provision does not preclude a transcript of the voir dire provided it is anonymous.
