LRCiv 29.1 DISCOVERY; EXTENSIONS OF TIME Pursuant to the provisions of Rule 29, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, all stipulations submitted to the Court for an order to extend time provided in Rules 33, 34 and 36, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, for responses to discovery, shall set forth the reasons for such stipulation, including a statement as to whether or not a time for completion of discovery has been ordered by the Court
