LRCiv 7.1.1 DISCLOSURE STATEMENTS The disclosure statements required by Rule 7.1(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Rule 12.4(a) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure must be made on a form provided by the Clerk and must be supplemented if new information is obtained.
