D.C.COLO.LCivR 79.2 INSPECTION OF PHYSICAL EVIDENCE While in the custody of the clerk, physical evidence shall not be inspected or copied except in the presence of and under the supervision of the clerk. The clerk may limit or prohibit inspection or copying to preserve the evidence.
