DCt.LBR 5011-4 TRANSMITTAL OF MOTION TO WITHDRAW THE REFERENCE TO THE DISTRICT COURT; DOCKETING OF THE MOTION IN THE DISTRICT COURT The Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court must promptly transmit the motion to withdraw the reference to the Clerk of the District Court, who must docket the motion (1) as a miscellaneous matter under the title of the bankruptcy case and the title of any adversary proceeding, and (2) as assigned to the Chief Judge of the District Court (or the Chief Judge's designee) in accordance with DCt.LBR 5011-8(a), and who must give notice to the parties of the docketing of the miscellaneous matter.
