DCt.LBR 8010-1 TRANSCRIPT MADE PART OF THE RECORD ON APPEAL When the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court has transmitted the record on appeal or a notice that the record is available electronically, any transcript that is part of the record on appeal shall be accessible by a party in the District Court's or Bankruptcy Court's Case Management/Electronic Case Filing system, as the case may be, without any restriction to only those parties who have purchased the transcript from the court reporter or court transcriber.
