DCt.LBR 8021-1 MOTIONS RELATING TO TAXATION OF COSTS OF APPEAL When a bill of costs is or may be filed under Bankruptcy Rule 8021(d), motions relating thereto (including any motion under Bankruptcy Rule 9006 to extend the Rule 8021(d) deadlines and any motion under Bankruptcy Rules 9023 or 9024 relating to the order ruling on the bill of costs) are referred to the Bankruptcy Court by operation of DCt.LBR 5011-1.
