D.D.C. — General rule
DCt.LBR 9027-1 REMOVAL A notice of a removal under Bankruptcy Rule 9027 must be filed with the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court, bear the caption of the Bankruptcy Court, and be docketed as an adversary proceeding. If a notice of removal is mistakenly captioned for the District Court, or submitted for filing with the Clerk as Clerk of the District Court, the Clerk, as Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court, must file the notice of removal in the Bankruptcy Court.
