LCvR 78.1 ORAL HEARINGS A party may in a motion or opposition request an oral hearing, but its allowance shall be within the discretion of the Court. If at the time of the hearing the moving party fails to appear, the Court may treat the motion as withdrawn; if the opposing party fails to appear, the Court may treat the motion as conceded.
