LCvR 83.22 PUBLICATION AND PROOF THEREOF A notice relating to a proceeding that requires publication shall be published in the Daily Washington Law Reporter for the time fixed by statute or directed by the Court, in addition to any newspaper or periodical specifically designated by the Court. Publication shall be proved by affidavit of an officer or agent of the publisher, stating the dates of publication with an attached copy of the notice as published.
