LCvR 9.1 APPLICATIONS FOR A STATUTORY THREE-JUDGE COURT In every case in which by statute a Three-Judge Court is required, there shall be filed with the complaint a separate document entitled "Application for Three-Judge Court," together with a memorandum of points and authorities in support of the application. Upon the convening of a Three-Judge Court, each party shall submit to the Clerk two additional copies of all pleadings and papers previously filed by the party, and all subsequent filings shall be in quadruplicate.
