Rule 42 CONSOLIDATION
(a) Consolidation of Cases Unless the presiding Judge rules otherwise, where two or more cases are consolidated, whether for trial or pretrial purposes, the Clerk shall maintain a separate docket for each case, but the parties shall file all pleadings and other papers in the master docket, which shall be the docket of the earliest filed case, and copies of all pleadings shall be served on all parties in each of the consolidated cases.
