Rule 80 COURT REPORTERS (Amended December 22, 2017)
(a) Reporter's Fees An official Court reporter shall be entitled to compensation for transcript at rates which are fixed from time to time by the Judicial Conference of the United States. Said rates shall be entered in an Order of the Court and shall be posted on the Court's website and available in the Clerk's Office, along with any other Auxiliary Orders which are adopted pursuant to Local Civil Rule 83.12.
