RULE 16.1 MATTERS EXEMPT FROM PRETRIAL CONFERENCES, SCHEDULING, CASE MANAGEMENT Unless the court orders otherwise in a particular case, the following categories of actions are exempt from the requirements of Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b):
(a) Social Security cases and other actions for review of administrative decisions; (b) all cases filed by pro se prisoners or directly related to the litigant's incarceration; (c) governmental administrative enforcement proceedings; (d) forfeiture proceedings; (e) eminent domain proceedings; (f) bankruptcy appeals; and (g) actions to enforce arbitration awards. * * * As amended 12/1/22.
