RULE 35.1 TRIAL PREPARATION AFTER CLOSE OF DISCOVERY Subject to any deadlines set in a scheduling order for seeking a Fed. R. Civ. P. 35 physical or mental examination of a party or person who is in the party's custody or under its legal control, the court may order the examination at any time prior to trial. * * *
