RULE 5.4.4 ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES To facilitate implementation of the foregoing rules, the clerk is authorized to develop, adopt, publish, and modify as necessary Administrative Procedures for Filing, Signing, and Verifying Pleadings and Papers by Electronic Means in the District of Kansas.
