RULE 83.2.3 SPECIAL ORDERS IN SENSATIONAL CASES In a widely-publicized or sensational criminal or civil case, the court may enter a special order governing such matters as: extrajudicial statements by attorneys, parties, or witnesses; the seating and conduct of spectators and news media representatives; the management and sequestration of jurors and witnesses; and other matters the court finds necessary to ensure a fair trial. * * *
