RULE 83.5.2.1 SPECIAL ADMISSIONS – ATTORNEYS FOR THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT AND THE FEDERAL PUBLIC DEFENDER OFFICE Any attorney representing the United States Government, or any agency thereof, or any attorney employed by the Federal Public Defender's Office may appear in an official capacity without having to comply with D. Kan. Rule 83.5.2(a), provided the attorney is in good standing of the bar of the highest court of any state, territory, or the District of Columbia. * * * Adopted 4/12/21.
