RULE CR49.2 ELIGIBILITY, REGISTRATION, PASSWORDS Rule 5.4.1 applies except that a party to a criminal action who is not represented by an attorney may not register as a Filing User in the Electronic Filing System unless the court permits. * * * Adopted 3/17/04. Amended 8/26/24.
