Local Rule Rule 130: Requests for Jury Instructions

Rule 130 Requests for Jury Instructions Written requests for jury instructions under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 30 must be served and submitted to the Court at least 3 days prior to jury empanelment, subject to the right of the parties to submit at the close of the evidence any additional requests the need for which might not reasonably have been foreseen. No requests need be submitted for usual and common instructions. Requests for instructions must be numbered and must include supporting citations.
