D. Mass. — General rule
RULE 1.3 SANCTIONS Failure to comply with any of the directions or obligations set forth in, or authorized by, these rules may result in dismissal, default, or the imposition of other sanctions as deemed appropriate by the judicial officer.
Adopted effective October 1, 1992.
