RULE 83.6.2 JURISDICTION FOR DISCIPLINARY MATTERS All attorneys who are admitted or authorized to practice before this court are deemed to have consented to the jurisdiction of this court for any disciplinary proceedings arising out of any claims of misconduct arising under these rules.
Effective January 1, 2015.
