2017 Advisory Committee's Note to LR 83.2 Local Rule 83.2 is abrogated because it is inconsistent with the Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct, which have been adopted by the court. See LR 83.6(a).
The provisions regarding photography and recording equipment have been replaced with the court's electronic-devices policy, which is available on the court's website.
