CR 17.1 Obtaining Presence of Incarcerated Person A party to a criminal proceeding requesting production of a prisoner by the United States Marshals Service for any court proceeding, by writ of habeas corpus ad testificandum or otherwise, must obtain a court order directing such production no later than 21 days before the date of the proceeding. A lesser time period may be allowed only upon motion and good cause shown.
