CR 44.1. Submissions by Defendant Personally If a defendant is represented by counsel, documents received from the defendant personally must be filed and sealed from public view pending the court's review. When the right to counsel no longer applies in this court, pro se filings may not be dismissed or stricken on the grounds that the filer was represented by counsel.
