CR 49.4 Motions Under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 Except as otherwise ordered by the presiding judge, documents filed in connection with proceedings under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 need not be served on other defendants or defense counsel. Where a movant appears pro se, movant's trial and appellate counsel need not be served.
